KNS Institute Payment Agreement: The cost to participate in the KNSI seven-week program is $1,050. Payment is due in advance in order for the child to attend.

 

Weekly camp fees are due two weeks prior to the starting date, to hold the camper’s weekly spot. The weekly fee is $150.00, which does not include the weekly field trips.  Weekly field trip fees will be forthcoming.  Campers must bring their own lunch daily, including field trip days.  With parent permission, campers may bring spending money not to exceed $20.00.

Payment Due Dates: 

Week 1 June 20 - June 23:  Payment Due Date: June 5, 2023

Week 2 June 26 - June 30:  Payment Due Date: June 12, 2023 

Week 3 July 3 - July 7:  Payment Due Date:  June 19, 2023

Week 4 July 10 - July 14:  Payment Due Date:  June 26, 2023

Week 5 July 17- July 21:   Payment Due Date:  July 3, 2023

Week 6 July 24 - July 28:  Payment Due Date:  July 10, 2023

Week 7 July 31- August 4:  Payment Due Date: July 17, 2023

 

We/I elect to participate in the installment plan for KNSI's seven-week Summer Enrichment Program. We/I agree to make payment before the start of the program and understand that failure to make full payment on or before the due date will give the program the right to deny participation. In addition, the balance will be charged. We/I understand this is a payment agreement. The signature(s) received at the time of registration certify that we/I have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Cancellations/Refund Policy:

  1.  If your student is unable to attend camp in which he/she is enrolled, you may request a refund from the KNS.  Request must be received 72 business hours prior to the first day of camp.

  2. Students who attend camp and wish to withdraw due to extenuating circumstances may be issued a partial refund.

  3. Please note that refunds for payments made by check, or debit card may take a minimum of seven weeks to process.  

  4. No refund will be issued if a student is removed from camp due to non-compliance with the Student Code of Conduct
